This one far exceeded our expectations.

Some Sagrantinos that we've tried can be pretty full-on, with huge tannins and a big full body. Ours is a little more toned-down, medium bodied and elegant in style. Complex and thought-provoking with notes of black tea, black olive, blackcurrant and liquorice. 

One tonne of handpicked grapes with two years in an aged French oak puncheon before bottling. One to savour now, or cellar carefully for up to 10 years.
