The dry, crisp, refreshing rosé of your dreams. We love it so much, we named it after our daughter, Lily Roseline.

Taking inspiration from the rosés of Provence, we wanted to create a fresh and dry style that was light and easy to drink, evoking the sense of summer holidays and balmy evenings spent outdoors with loved ones.

Partially wild fermented, Pinot Gris and Verdelho from the Granite Belt joins Nero d'Avola from Chalmers Vineyards in Mildura. 

Mandarin peel, white peach, lime blossom and wild strawberry.
