Medium-to-full bodied with notes of wild raspberry, dark cherry, cocoa and black pepper. Aged for 12 months in French oak barriques before bottling. Subtle spice, bold tannins and a long, luxurious finish. Enjoy with dark chocolate, blue cheese and lean meats.
